create additional delivery charges or unusually long
delivery lead times.
Upon delivery, inspect the merchandise before signing
for the product. The driver must wait for your signature,

Look for things such as holes in the box or any other
type of damage to the packaging. We encourage you to
unbox the items before signing for them if circumstances

notes on the Bill of Lading with the driver that
describe the damage in detail and call us immediately so
